To know me is to know how much I LOVE garlic! Garlic is literally the perfect flavour booster! You can go and argue somewhere else if garlic is not your jam. Garlic paired with the “right” (I use right very loosely) herb can do wonders.
Everyone has a preference of what they like to add to their mashed potatoes. I like to add sautéed onion, garlic and thyme. These 3 ingredients make the perfect threesome to some plain ol potatoes.
Here’s a list of the ingredients below:
- 1/2 onion diced
- 4-5 sprigs of thyme
- 2 cloves of mince garlic
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup of Milk (almond milk is a great substitute.)
- Black Pepper
- Salt To Taste
